Early in my copywriting career, writing for social media helped sharpened my ability to say less while conveying more. My goal was to communicate to consumers that they were in dialogue with someone equally consumed by their desires of wanderlust. 

SEO Optimized Websites

While overseeing the content writing for complete websites, I learned the importance of combining SEO terminology with brand storytelling. In training direct reports, I wanted to ensure design and copy elements worked  together to reflect an understanding of cultural influences, the audience, and the destination.

Becoming the head copywriter for destination brands like Charlestowne Properties and The Islands of The Bahamas was the start of  a fulfilling run that saw my team receive a number of recognitions and awards.
